Managing Director, Glen Barr is a fully licensed plumbing contractor and poly welder with a backflow prevention licence. He is also a member of the Wajarri Yamatji Aboriginal Corporation in Geraldton, and he is proud of his Aboriginal heritage.
Together with his partner Monique, Glen is committed to establishing strong client relationships and delivering quality, timely workmanship on every job.
Midwest Solar & Water employs a highly skilled team of plumbers, gas fitters, poly welders and back flow prevention specialists who are experienced in all aspects of domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing.
We have well-established safety systems in place, and we pride ourselves on our incident-free safety record. We prioritise our own safety, and the safety of the people around us.

We also have great staff retention… one of our tradesmen started with us as an apprentice. Our current apprentice started with us as a trainee.
